  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, GrowXXLGear ensures worldwide shipping. Orders are expedited from different European warehouses.

    Do you ship to P.O Boxes and APOs?

    Yes. To ensure delivery to P.O Boxes and APOs addresses, please indicate the shipping information in the comment box of your order.

    What is the shipping charge?

    Shipping fee is $40-50 USD per order. However, you can choose to benefit free shipping by placing orders of $1000 or more!

    How much does it take to process the order?

    Our system automatically sends payment instructions to the registered e-mail address when an order is placed. Once we receive the payment confirmation, the order is processes within 72 business hours.

    What are semi-shipped orders?

    When orders are too big to be shipped in a single parcel, these are split into 2 or more smaller packages. Semi-shipped orders means that one part of the order has been released for shipment, while the other part will be shipped out within up to 72 business hours.

    Is a signature required for delivery of my order?

    Yes. GrowXXLGear ships orders with registered mail to track parcels while in transit. Postal carrier requires a signature as delivery confirmation.

    Do you guarantee discreet shipping?

    Yes. GrowXXLGear is fully committed to privacy. The shipping label does not state the organization name or the content of the order. To avoid any customs suspiciousness, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution in parcels of small or medium size. If necessary, large orders are split into 2 or more parcels and shipped separately at no additional expense for the customer.

    How long do I have to wait for my order?

    The estimated delivery time frame for regular shipping is 7-15 business days. However, international orders may delay up to 25 business days due to custom procedures.

    Where is the arrival date of the order indicated?

    To view the arrival date of your order, please log into your account and click the "My Orders" link. For more information about the status of your order select the "More Info" link.

    What if I don’t receive the order?

    In case the order is not delivered within the allotted time-frame, please contact us indicating your name, order number and shipping info for us to be able to investigate the case. If necessary, lost orders are reshipped at no additional charge for the customer.

    What should I do in case my order is seized at customs?

    In case the parcel is seized at customs, please provide us with seizure letter from customs or FDA to have your order reshipped at no charge. Seizure letter should be scanned and e-mailed to us. Please be notified that reships are made once only. Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore and South Korea do not benefit reshipping.
