  i used 40MG a day, split the dosage into two times a day, i stacked it with Test E and 40MG of oral Winny. so 40mg var a day and 50mg Winny a day, with 750mg test e a week. i ran the cycle of 6 weeks and found that the var helped me to add quality gains with lean muscle, i like to stay hard and lean without the bloat and this cycle helped me achieve this, i took the second 20mg dosage before my gym sessions and i had some very nice pumps whilst working out. i like the product, hard to find good var and i liked this brand, worked well for me, i did not get particularly strong on this, but then again i was watching my diet and was eating clean, however i was able to train with good intensity, didn't feel weak or tired.
  
  i intend to add Var into more of my future cycles, as i felt no negative side effect.
